• Shipping is included in prices shown on this website within the US only. For any work purchased outside of the US, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing your art.
• While we will make every effort to ship your piece as soon as possible, your artwork will only be made once you place your order. Because of this please allow at least two weeks for shipping. 
• Please be sure to enter the shipping address correctly. You may be subject to a fee if there is an address change or redirect required once the piece has been shipped.
• We cannot be held responsible for shipping changes or delays due to an incorrect address or phone number, nor can we be held responsible for shipping delays due to carrier delays for whatever reason.  
• Any additional shipping fees due to address errors or not being able to deliver to you if you are unreachable for any reason will be charged to your original card authorized.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any artwork or other products once it has been purchased unless it was damaged during the shipping process. We take extreme care to package and ship all artwork to ensure that all items will arrive in the same condition as when they left our facility. In the rare case your artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately (within seven days) so that we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged art. Also, please keep the original packaging--USPS or FedEx require it for us to file a claim. Please note, we will replace the item for the same item only.

No refunds will be given once orders are placed, if we ever offer discounts (codes) and you fall to apply the discount, we cannot retroactively apply It—we will Incur fees so. be sure you use It.

No more than 1 promo code may be applied per transaction.

Please be aware that most of the art is created once you place your order- we do not already have it made and ready to ship. It is for this reason that an order cannot be altered or canceled once placed. Much of it is also hand-painted and requires the time of the artist to paint your piece.  Please ensure you choose correct measurements when choosing your art.  All artworks dimensions are listed in inches.  Please make sure the artwork fits the space in which it will hang. 

Please ask any questions before placing the order. All custom orders will be reviewed with the client at the time of order but left to the artist's final creative judgment. There are no final approvals on custom art due to the nature of the creative process. Every effort will be made to produce the painting according to the clients' specifications; however, the final say will always be that of the artist

PAYMENT
Your artwork must be paid for upon ordering by credit card or check. Your credit card address must match your billing exactly. If you'd like to pay with a check, your order will be fulfilled once the check has cleared. All orders ship from CA, so any orders shipping to a CA address will be charged CA sales tax.
